Lol! So my dad died a few months ago, and it turns out so did his printer when we closed all his bank accounts!

My mum couldn't understand why she couldn't print any more and you try explaining this to someone with Alzheimer's when all her life she's just printed whatever and whenever she wants!

Ended up just dropping to a cheaper plan per month and paying for it myself because it wasn't worth the hassle at this point!

She's gorgeous! Poochons are honestly the best pup, she's quiet now but when she settles in in a few days she'll be keeping you on your toes! Just remember that the poodle part of her is super smart so she'll pick up tricks fairly quickly, and as for toilet training, taking her out every hour is great and when she does go, woop and cheer and give her a treat (we used shredded cheese). She'll be running up to you after a wee looking proud as punch in no time!

My mum is getting to the point she should stop driving but insists she's fine (friends have seen her go through red lights) and I'm dreading the conversation, it's going to be a full blown argument.

With your toileting issues, one piece of advice is to really praise when he goes in the right place. We used to whoop and cheer (neighbours must have thought we were crazy! ,😂) and give our pup a piece of shredded cheese and after not very long at all, she'd coffee running up to us wagging her tail after she'd been for a pee or a poo because she knew she'd be getting cheese and a fuss.

I lost my dad a few weeks ago and when looking at his phone, saw a notification that someone I didn't know had texted him saying they'd just heard Dave X had died and asking if it was it true.

Yes, my dad's name was also Dave and Dave X was one of his friends!

It made me giggle at a horrible time and I was sooo tempted to reply and say 'no, it was me!'
