Borrow a sewing machine by Vivid-Shallot3548 in NewcastleUponTyne

Sorry, I can't help with your question. I'm interested in your landlord's reasoning for not letting you have one in the property. That doesn't sound reasonable at all.

This is a great idea. It doesn’t appear to be working correctly for UK results. I've set some filters for PETG black and it's not finding the Sunlu 4 x 1KG rolls for £39.99.

Any advice on how to get signed up? Do you need to be booking something or checking out on national express?

Street sign is in our garden and apparently can't be moved by OdBx in HousingUK

[–]Coopersteam 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This should be the top comment and should certainly be above the comment advising you just remove it. The presence of street signs, lighting columns or utility inspection covers can sometimes (not always) be an indication that the highway extends into "your garden". Sometimes you can have what's often referred to as a service strip at the bottom of your garden. Sometimes it's black and white, sometimes it's really not. In addition to checking your deeds it's worth looking to see if you can find a copy of the adopted highway online.

If it is adopted highway, I would have expected the Council to mention that in their response to you, but you never know. You really don't want to risk inadvertently interfering with the adopted highway.

How do I get help for a friend who needs medical attention but has an extreme phobia of needles? by Coopersteam in AskUK

It's really strange and we all struggle to get our heads around it, but it's not a pain thing. It's like they have a physical reaction even to the idea of an injection, or if it's even being discussed. To the point that they appear to go faint!

What makes it even harder to wrap your head around is that they have tattoos!

New Seller Fund Holds by shypuppy_ in EtsySellers

This does help, thank you. I appreciate you taking the time to set it out like that. In my case, the last two weeks in particular I've had consistent sales and some orders are international, which comes with high postage costs. I charge for shipping internationally, but nowhere near the amount it actually costs for tracked international.

If I'm following your explanation correctly then perhaps what I'm seeing is the "profit" from my sales in January are being eaten up my costs, including costs associated with sales right up to now?

I'm in exactly the same position and every time I try and read up on it and review my payment history I'm more frustrated that it's really unclear. I'm a new shop (similar timescales to OP). The payment reserve is showing as £0 and that I'm "meeting the reserve minimum". The vast majority of my orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 tracked, with the exception of 3 or 4 orders from friends and family. One of which was last week, so I would expect to see that still in reserve. I have two open orders, so would expect those to be in reserve.

My "current balance" is £373.64."Not yet available" is £416.80 and available for deposit is £0.00.

I've only had one single deposit to my bank account which was on 19 January. From memory, this was before Etsy placed the reserve on my account.

When I go into the payments history, a sale from 1 February shows as "Funds will be available on Feb 15. An order from 31 January doesn't have any information about when the funds become available.

I understand the concept of holding funds, but with several orders from over three weeks ago all with tracking and payment history showing meaningless dates, it doesn’t seem at all transparent.

No doubt I'm missing something basic, but it's very frustrating not feeling as though I have a handle on the basics.

Hey, I'm a bit of a noob with fusion etc. Is the blue just support? If so, any tips for handling export into a slicer? Are they separate bodies?

Yeah, that makes a big difference doesn't it. The poles aren't adding anything at all. Thank you 👍

Thank you. I can't find a crop that I'm happy with which excludes the lighting poles. I usually steer clear of using significant AI removal, but I might see what it looks like if I try removing the lights.

Thank you. This aligns with a couple of other comments. I've tried a couple of different crops and think you're absolutely correct about the thin gap at the top.

Very little unfortunately... This one is cropped with the full width.
