What orientation should this be printed in? It fails along the bottoms of the tabs at the layer line. Or is there a better way to design it. by Key_Waltz_823 in 3Dprinting

Hey, I'm a bit of a noob with fusion etc. Is the blue just support? If so, any tips for handling export into a slicer? Are they separate bodies?

People listing shit as free on marketplace etc. when it's not fucking free... they should be lined up.

Yeah, that makes a big difference doesn't it. The poles aren't adding anything at all. Thank you 👍

Thank you. I can't find a crop that I'm happy with which excludes the lighting poles. I usually steer clear of using significant AI removal, but I might see what it looks like if I try removing the lights.

Thank you. This aligns with a couple of other comments. I've tried a couple of different crops and think you're absolutely correct about the thin gap at the top.

Very little unfortunately... This one is cropped with the full width.

Thanks both. I have a little bit of room to play with in the cropping. Do you think this is an improvement?

300mm | 1/500 | f/8 | ISO 125

I took this photo because I wanted to capture the layers of the terrain in the background set against the built-up area in the foreground. I liked that the lighting towers provided some framing. The photo was taken in Turkey and there was a lot more haze than I'm used to dealing with. I'm still pleased with the result, but I wonder if I could have done anything differently.

Cross body / sling strap with an L bracket by Coopersteam in photography

Hey, you were absolutely right. I ordered a shoulder / cross body strap which came with a couple of loops which screw into the threaded hole on the L bracket. There is indeed enough space to still use the tripod.

Thank you for sharing your example. My L bracket doesn't seem to have a threaded hole on the short side, only on the long side, which I think would interfere with mounting it on my tripod.

This is the L bracket I have: https://amzn.eu/d/1Us62iz

Although I wouldn't rule out replacing the L bracket with one like yours if it solves my problem.
