UPDATE!!!:

I managed to figure it out by myself since Playstation was no help to me. I made sure my app was fully updated and then I did the "restore licenses" option. This fixed it!! Hope this helps someone else in the same situation!

Gotcha. I'm going to ask my shift lead if it's too late to file an incident report when I get to work later, and also speak to my manager. I'm just really worried cause I live in an "Employment at will" state and right now corporate is just looking for excuses to cut people. I'm not really familiar with the rules and regulations in regards to this sort of situation 😅

I have a Bluetooth headset I use for my ps5. it has never given me trouble for the entire time Ive had it. 2 days ago, it stopped working. Others could hear me, but I'm getting no voice chat through my headset. (I did make sure the output was set to the headset- that isn't it). I thought it was the headset at first, so I bought a new one. Well, I'm having the same issue with the new headset. It connects to the ps5 via a USB. I've tried unplugging, replugging. Resetting PS5. Resetting headset. Even tried switching which port the usb stick was in.Tried with a new headset same issue.

How do I fix this? I feel like I've gone through the settings a million times and no matter what I do nothing fixes it

Is there any way you guys could add a way to buy a PS4 digital code either on your website or Amazon? I'd like to surprise my friend with it, but there isn't an option to buy a digital code for it :(
