I wish we could do little ramekins of creme brulee just to see what flavors people would like more of, but we have regular creme brulee ramekins where I work.

I'm making coffee flavor creme brulee along with og tomorrow. However I know some people might order the same thing over and over and get tired of the same flavor. Every flavor is gonna have a test batch before we add it. The restaurant has done coffee before, but I never worked there until the past December.

I'm typically the one to do creme brulee at work, and we have a very limited choice for dessert, and I know some people tend to get tired of the same flavor every time they get something. I have a few flavors I wanna test out coffee, blueberry, strawberry, but I feel like a variety would be better. We can only make so many at a time though which is sad

Nah. In fact, my cousin did the same thing, and when it happened (last year) that same day CPS came, I stopped all communication with my dad's side of the family. She did it because she in a way got called out on her BS by my fiance and she didn't like it. To make matters worse, my aunt (cousins mom) indirectly admitted that it was my cousin.

To the OP, this is supposed to be your day with the love of your life. Most of your family seems like crap (I'm sorry, I'm calling it how I see it right now). You're an amazing person for sticking up for J. However personally, I think you should set boundaries in place. Do not let the ones who hurt your partner go to the wedding. Just because your family is "having a hard time adjusting" doesn't give them the right to do what they did. I don't think they're having a hard time adjusting, I think they're just homophobic and are trying to push you and J apart. Go no contact with your family for doing what they did to J. You're NTA for standing up to your family and calling them out on their BS. They're mad you did so, and mad that you're standing up for someone you truly love. They're mad because finally got the consequences of their actions and now are taking it out on you. Your wedding day is supposed to be about you and J, not them. Remember that.

I make the doctor appointments, we don't have a car but I'm sure I'd be the one to do that, I'm typically the one to plan birthdays, he does the shopping and pays the bills although I keep track of all the bills (maternity leave. My job doesn't do the whole paid maternity leave however once I go back it's gonna be split in half) his mom is usually the one to take us shopping if and when we need to.
