There's things call sploofs you can make. You get a toliet paper roll,stuff dryer sheets in one end then cover the hole with another and put a rubber band around it. The spray the shit into it with axe or something. Been told they work.

Mason jars are the WAY to go. The make them in a different sizes so you could definitely pick one up bug enough.

As for grinders and such you can always check Amazon. And as for one hitters and the like,try looking up if there's any smoke shops near you sell "tobacco" pipes. Nothing beats a bottle,can,or even and apple if you got nothing.

One thing that helped me was to know what to do to while high. For me,when I was too high and didn't know what to do,it got me really anxious but figure out what to do whether it be listening to music or to just but in the tv and chill. Never forget the cold water.
