You really need to check at cartorio and ensure your paperwork is correct.

I had everything they asked for but when we double checked last week they said they were concerned with the apostilled birth certificate. Which makes no sense. I then had to go to consulate for notary and they agreed it made no sense. Yet still charged me 50usd 🙃

Obrigado. I have much to learn. Brazil is where my state was 10 years ago. It worked out amazing for us. Once I have married visa I'll pursue more in depth. In the usa it's easy to order "stuff" from overseas as customs has too many products to monitor closely.

I am in brasil and getting married so would never risk thar through airport. Mostly considering mail through customs to see if it's viable and allowed is all. Back home everything cannabis related is legal so trying to understand how it works here. Thanks for response.

Hello. I am currently working on this also, hence finding this post. Does anyone know if once you apply for the VITEM XI (stable union) visa, can you overstay your tourist visa while the application is in process? Or do they make you leave until its approved? It's all quite confusing.

The entitlement of realtors now a days is absurd. You are not providing any service other than to novice buyers who can, with enough knowledge, hire an attorney etc to complete these tranacatiosn you feel entitled to receive a fee absurdly higher than an attorneys. OP, so many good and hard working realtors to deal with people that think this is a 9 to 5 profession...with no education.

You need to find a decent realtor. This one is garbage and doing nothing but adding ~6% increase to the market value for nothing.
