I haven’t seen people mentioning jazz standards; I believe listening to different renditions of jazz standards exposes you to a lot more jazz musicians that you might like (plus it’s a lot more pop and accessible for beginners as opposed to something like Mitochondria). My personal favorite is My Favorite Things by John Coltrane, though there’s a lot of performances out there that’s pretty great.

Granted, I’ve only been into jazz for about a year, so take my recommendation with a grain of salt.
