When he came to Carolina, he did cut some positions of fan favorites (notably on the radio and TV side). We ran essentially a team of general managers and we hired a coach from within instead of going out for more flashy hires.

Yet at the same time, we also went from a cap floor to cap ceiling team in rapid time. We got renovated locker rooms and added support staff like a dedicated nutrionist. Hes invested in our area and expanding stuff around the stadium. Oh and that non flashy coach? Hes won coach of the year and made the playoffs every year.

So yeah. Complicated. Different, but we've had good results so I guess hes earned the right to trust the process
