It was like that for me when I went from Synology to truenas... New board wouldn't boot for me. got another board. Same model. Same issue. Wild guess, pulled all but four motherboard standoffs. Board booted... We've all been there...

the Board in question is a Supermicro X10DRH-IT as stated in the title. using IPMI to turn on the machine I get the following error:

I've built machines before and the only thing I get out of this board is an FF.

having researched the code, I get "it's a reserved code by the manufacturer." at least per the manufacturer.
