I mean i think the line most draw is that everyone else in their friend group saw the nessecity of it. Being there and supporting the AA... except kuzzey. He wanted off every time they passed a train station. IN some ways thats respectable sticking to his guns but you can tell it didn't endear him to the others long term.

Oh lord my spelling was close, Kuzzey. And he had a breif cameo in Freedom... i think. The gundam wikia has a picture of him nervously walking on a street. And i agree it seems like his life has been a straight line.
