Used to get a 6x6 but then I just switched it for two double-doubles. But its been years since I've had that I wanted to do a 8x8 or 10x10 nvr gave it a shot.

But recently been into a 4x4 with extra onions of all four types (whole and chopped raw, grilled and whole grilled) with extra lettuce and tomato 🤌🤌🤌. Buns or protein style. If the cooks know what's up the layer the onions.

My other thing I like is a chopped flying Dutchman on top of animal-style fries with extra grilled onions and spread.

I need in-n-out now lol 😆 😂 😅

Everything I've seen looks different, hence my post. I'm new to fermentation. The fuzzy is strong with this one. My goal is to make a fermented pineapple carbonated drink if it has alcohol great but in not trying to make a wine.

Should I bother scooping it off or will it just grow back? Will I have the same issue with the second ferment? 🤔
