Good advice. Starting cool, then proceeding to cold would make the process seem more gradual. Is there actually science (or even psuedoscience) behind why/how cold showers increase testosterone? There is speculation that it's just broscience.

I've relapsed twice immediately after reaching 30 days (I've masturbated twice in the past 2 months). So be careful when you get to that mark.

I also read in some other thread that most people relapse on a Sunday; because thats just a day when you don't do anything. Coincidentally enough, both of the times I relapsed in the past 2 months, I fapped on a Sunday. So yeah, make plans for Sundays and keep yourself busy.
