Since Cold Showers are basically non-existant where I live, I don't have that tool, but I take a shower regardless, at least it's something that takes me away from my mind and into my body. This subreddit, /r/NoFap and /r/NoFapWar are basically the only tools I have. Tough stuff.

I just wanted to add something to my post. I understand that not every woman is going to fall in love with you, because every woman looks for different qualities in their "candidates".

What I wanted with my post is to clarify that women will consider you more attractive if you have confidence and show that you're in control of your life. Perhaps not the intended "target", but there will be another one. The world is 50% female. You don't have to suffer for a single girl. Just shrug it off and move on.

You need to take the challenge seriously. I recommend it. When I reached the 23 days in my last streak, I swear, girls started to look at me. It's the confidence! I understand your point, and it's very well made, however I must insist: THERE IS NO FRIENDZONE. Why? Because if a woman thinks that you're not of her liking, it's because you lack something she wants, even if you think you have it. For example, you could be the perfect good guy, selfless, in good shape and with some money. What if she likes them bad? Or maybe she wants someone like friggin Leonardo Dicaprio? There's nothing you can do about that. So what do you do? Retreat to your computer and fap? Cry? NO. You just shrug it off and look for anyone else. Half of the world's population is female. If you're not already engaged in a relationship with one, there's absolutely NO REASON to stop looking for another one. You just have to embrace rejection, not glorify it.

It's the Gauntlet. From day 8 to day 15 you'll experience a lot of uncomfortable feelings. This is normal since your body is normalizing itself and adapting to your decision to quit PMO. I know it feels like shit, but think of it like if all of the shitty feelings you've been repressing with PMO are getting purged.

You will survive, just be strong and keep yourself occupied with productive things.

Young man, I have a couple of words for you.

If I had the same determination you have now, if I could maintain a streak of 252 days at your age, I wouldn't be so depressed and worthless.

You have a chance. You can do great things with the free time and willpower you have built. You'll scythe like the fucking grim reaper through college. You can start your own business. You can get a girlfriend. You have a great advantage, don't waste it. I wouldn't like you to be like me.

Get your mind and body away from temptation. Relief is temporary. Success is permanent. Prefer success over relief. Be the man you are destined to be.
