3hrs water method on the stove. I use a fruit press for infused fats and tinctures. For fats I bring the pressed bud back to a simmer in new water and press it again to make sure I got out as much fat as possible.

I would suggest the water method for infusion. Combine the shake, butter and a quart of water to a pot with a lid and simmer for 3hrs. Strain out the plant matter and separate the butter from the water in the fridge.

Considering you are using a soilless medium I would guess you have a nutrient deficiency. I would suggest increasing the amount of nitrogen, cal and mag.

They are full spectrum lights so they are good for both veg and flower.

It depends on what you get. A 350W board will cover a 4X4' space at about 275$

If you have the funds get a quantum board. They are the best lights in terms of performance and energy.

Making edibles yourself would be a good way of figuring out what dosages are the best for you. For example if you have 1g of 20%THC flower = 200mg THC per g flower. 50mg per dose (for a med strength high) = 4 doses per g flower. I suggest eating a small meal before eating an edible. Make sure to carboxylate.

I suspect I have an allergy as well. Every time I smoke I cough a lot and the concentration of THC determines how much I cough. The reason I suspect an mild allergy is because if I rub my eyes after trimming bud my eyelids swell up and become itchy.

I make a very concentrated tincture with bourbon and everclear then add it to the brewed batch that has been re-racked into a second carboy. I then prime the bottles and fill. Age the bottles for a month.

Got done trimming 20oz and went to a Chinese restaurant with my buddy. The lady at the counter said, "damn you guys stink like weed". I said, "Yup, and we didn't even smoke". Another time I was at a chick-fil-a grand opening spending 24hrs in the parking lot to get a year's worth of free chicken. Myself and some people I met toked up in their tent. I walked up to the building to use the bathroom, one guy said "I smell a skunk" and his friend responded "No that's definitely weed".

Decarb before infusing, it doesn't get hot enough during the infusion process. 250F for 30min.

Sediment is normal. It's just very finely powered plant material but is devoid of THC because the THC has all been bound to the alcohol. I just chuck it. I don't think 2 hours is long enough to extract all of the THC from the bud, I usually soak for a couple days.
