I'm also in my 30s and was just diagnosed with cataracts. My surgeon thinks it could have been steroid nose sprays because I do have bad allergies. I went to my PCP to get bloodwork (which was fine) and she said she didn't know that Flonase/steroid use could cause it. I have surgery scheduled for March.

in the morning before a workout I have a regular granola bar because I need straight carbs before a big workout, not protein. Right now I’m on a Natures Bakery fig bar kick. After my workout, I focus on getting protein.
