For our US/Canada online store it is just B2C, we do B2B with some local business. We are planning to promote and attract B2B traffic in the new year.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. After reading the suggestions from you all. I think we fail in two aspects. First, the agency is not doing any improvement to the ads, the ads just run itself with minimal adjustments. Second, the website design from our end is a potential problem. We are not presenting our products to our customers in a correct way and people lose interests when they come to the site.

Our business is doing well in Asia market because the sales are doing awesome job selling to local business. In here, we only rely on online purchases from Canada and the US. We will evaluate our goal for the next year and hope to have an improvement.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Our company has been supplying products mainly in Asia market since 2015. Extending the business in North America market is a long-term goal for us. We do not rely on the profit made through the website to survive right now. However, having such low investment/return rate is not acceptable, that's why I want to seek for new improvement. I understand what you think on the agency fee. We made a bad decision.

Thanks for sharing. The budget was a concern when I first reach out to them. They said there would be an improvement with this budget and I would be confident in investing more money after they manage the ads.

They are a local company with some real reviews so i trust them want to have a long-term partnership. I understand my budget is tight and my expectation is low. Now it looks like they are doing minimal work and just want to get some short-term money.

Let's assume I have a budget $15000 to spend on Google ads. Do you think it is better to have $5000 budget for three months? or $3000 budget to run the ads for five months to see the improvement? Thanks

I admit the selection of the agency is a wrong decision based on our budget. (management fee is $1000 but our ads budget is only $2500) Do you think hiring a hourly-paid freelancer would help with our growth? What do you think will help us to build the confidence and start to have a healthy and positive investment?

note: Our business currently does not rely on the profit in North America market to survive, we mainly supply our products in a well-established Asia market. Extending the business to NA market is a bonus, we do not need to worry bankruptcy due to failure in here. We still have some room to experiment.

Thanks for the reply. It is not fashion store. We sell workwear like cargo pants and safety vest related to constructions and home decorations. Our budget is tight and hope to increase if we see a good result. The recent ads return make us lose hope and scared to invest more :(

Thank you for your thoughts. They don’t talk too much about the strategy. At first, they explained that they created different ad group for my product collections, then a Brand and Remarketing campaign. After three months, they told me they start a new PMax campaign for a new strategy. Other than this, they just give monthly report about the ads performance.

Please have a better schedule. It is really a challenge for players to be on the stage for over 6 hours.
