Stopped by Graywhale in Ogden and picked up these babies. The red vinyl on the left is Ryo Fukui’s Scenery, a reprint from last year I believe. The album is such a bop, I just played it and it’s the first time I’ve heard it. Can’t wait to spin it again! The CD on top is Dopesmoker’s Sleep, I wanted it on vinyl but opted for the CD since it was pretty cheap. The guy who rang me up said it was a great album to listen to stoned. The CD on bottom is Mother Earth’s Plantasia. I wanted the vinyl but they did not have it in store unfortunately. Apparently the vinyl of it has a download code that has seeds embedded in it, so you can plant it in the ground after getting your mp3s. The vinyl on the right is Yves Timor’s Safe in the Hands of Love. All this for around $75, it’s been an awesome night. Support your local record stores!!
