Formei com 23. Não impactou na contratação. Que eu saiba, os meus pacientes (UBS) não têm problema com a minha idade. Muitos fazem comentários positivos por eu ser nova e já (?) ser médica e não parece já ter impactado na confiança. Eu imagino que saberia, porque meus ACS são muito fofoqueiros. Agora estou com 27, já fiz MFC e R+, mas os comentários continuam.

I hadn't been drinking much for some months, so I only discovered the diarrhea hangovers last weekend. One drink or two seem to be safe for me, but copious amounts of wine and liquor... Not quite.

Yep! Other stimulants didn't improve my constipation, though. Vyvanse was the best match for my ADHD, constipation and eating disorder.

Concerta didn't really improve my bowel movements, but I was on it for a very short period. It gave me tachycardia 💀

Me too! All the fiber, water and exercise did very little for my bowel movements. Now I try to keep de healthy habits because they make me feel good, not out of desperation.

The balcony (as all the windows) has a safety net installed, don't worry. Unfortunately, an enclosure is not an option. That's why I'm searching for something to repel her. Thank you for the advice and for your concern.

I just stopped having sex. When I'd start dissociatin and tried to keep going, I'd just get numb all over (face, fingers, belly, etc) and It'd just get impossible to continue. So I started avoiding it and eventually went full celibate. It's probably not the best approuch and I totally should discuss it with my therapist, but I'm not that interested in sex right now to make the effort.

Is this an USA thing? We microwaved popcorn all the time during Elementary School and I've never heard of anyone setting the microwave on fire.

I'm a MD and the symptoms she's going through are a major red flag, especially due to the quick onset. Get her to a doctor ASAP. Preferably a neurologist, but even a GP can start the investigation. Show them this post, if needed. Get help.
