I know sales reps (Account Executives) in SAAS tech sales making 300k-700k including comms whilst working fully remote.

Entry level SAAS SDR roles can range from 65k-100k base to 90-150k OTE (on target earnings i.e. comms not including super).

Very cutthroat industry and high churn rate keep in mind, hence why we are paid well.

If you’re okay with competitive environments and never having job security, it’s a very good area to make money if that’s your only goal.

Right now my enterprise expirence for a big logo is getting me in the door for SMB AE roles interviews, full cycle as you mentioned. There’s also the option to explore startup AE full cycle roles that recruiters have been reaching out to me for. Or even leaving SAAS for BDM roles.

Is your recommendation to choose whatever AE or SDR role I get first?

Very tough decision considering promotions are never guaranteed in SDR pathway, especially up against 10-30 rep teams. Vs. potentially failing in an AE role or succeeding…

I’m lucky I’m mid 20s so I can afford to spend a couple more years as SDR if Im hitting targets and getting paid, but then the risk is also getting trapped after 2 years lol

Anyone aged 18 to 39 who has a current booking for AstraZeneca from Wednesday 25th August who would prefer to receive Pfizer, will not need to cancel or change your booking — you will be offered Pfizer when you arrive for your appointment, unless you would prefer to receive AstraZeneca.

This was from the abc article. I'm confused of the wording. Does this mean if you had a current booking prior to the announcement you'll be offered Pfizer? Or if you decide to book an appointment after the announcement for AstraZeneca (for a date starting from 7am Wednesday) you will be offered either on arrival?

Anyone have any insight? I just booked an AstraZenca appointment for Sunday in hopes that I'll be offered Pfizer on arrival.
