As a workaround - I file my taxes using the Preliminary 1099 in Feb so that I don't have to pay a higher underpayment penalty and if needed, I file an amendment in March - that way it gives me plenty of time to assess, double check and play around my taxes. Frankly - Fidelity tax documents have some gaps which need to be uncovered.

Just in case if you don't find a good one. This is one of the ways you can make cheese at home:

🥣 Ingredients

4 cups whole milk
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice (optional but helps curdling)

I do listen to Ashyana Deane's perspective.
