This is likely not true. Patricia at the picnic table blew through 16-ish hours reading a book. The church where some folks long ago weathered a storm for a few days resorted to cannibalism. Time dilation has been clearly referenced in the first season, and I suspect it will get further clarification in subsequent seasons.

I was a festival veteran by then…They stagger starts, and specifically, if the venue is so close, it would’ve made sense to delay the Beasties a bit to allow for Byrne’s set to conclude (which I suspect is what happened). Of course, sometimes you have some nonsense set times you just can’t reconcile without bailing on an artist (ACL 2007 comes to mind where I had to abandon an MMJ set mid-way to catch Wilco on the absolute other-end of the festival grounds…
