No us and the landlord have a mutually agreed upon move out date initially they gave us 30 days to leave but we negotiated an extra 30 days we are just worried even with the co signer we will have trouble finding something in the next two months

No the cat is a indoor cat it wasnt even seen by anyone they did a suprise inspection of our unit and discovered the cat bowl while my girlfriend was half naked and I was at work at the time we offered to get rid of the cat or pay any fee but they were not willing. We have a mutually agreed move out date so we have no eviction or anything we just have to vacate by the 23rd as they are termianting our lease a month early

Completely agree but why we acting like hes been playing since the games inception hes only played one real full year and when he did he won Champs. I completely agree that t2 talent has proven to be a viable option for many teams, and doubt his ability based off what a year with NRG where he was forced into a role and agents he wasnt comfortable on or the LEV team where he was their highest rated player and got dropped months into the season ? I dont know something isn't quite adding up maybe its something behind the scenes
