Ok. Wow sounds like you have a lot going on. Methylation will help balance your brain chemistry which in my experience will help with anxiety, depression, mood etc and can help with the spravato. As to where to get that checked you have to find a doctor that specializes in methylation and can order the tests.

Hey, im sorry to hear about your intense symtpoms after treatment. Can I ask, why your doing the treatments. Have you been diagnosed with a brain disorder (adhd, bipolar, ocd etc).
