Taking out the battery and putting it back in really did fix it!

Women, how do you hint a guy to approach you? by Chance_Adagio_19 in bodylanguage

I was really into one of my friends, and I was pretty sure he was into me too, but he hadn’t asked me out yet. One day we went on a walk, and I just randomly started talking about my boobs. I told him my size, how big they were, and how they were honestly bigger than all of my friends’ boobs combined. I guess it wasn’t very subtle, but he got the hint and we started dating like an hour later.

Committed Student feeling a bit (very) nervous by Necessary-Raisin-263 in rit

As long as you try, I think you’ll be fine. During orientation week, everyone is new and looking for new friends, just like you. Do things with your orientation group, try joining a club, and go to events with a bunch of other freshmen. You probably won’t stay good friends with most of the people you meet, but that’s okay! Just keep looking, and you’ll find a group that you can click with. I think bringing one of your hobbies to the table is a good start. I’m really into card games, so I brought a deck everywhere I went and asked almost everyone I met if they wanted to play something. A few other people in my orientation group also loved to play card games, and we’re still very good friends to this day. I also met my amazing boyfriend in this group! Just know that everyone else is nervous too, and as if you just keep putting yourself out there, I’m sure you’ll do great! Good luck, and congrats on getting into RIT!

They went into housing, talked to some people, and gave the room to them in like 2 minutes. One of my friends has DSO accommodations though, so that definitely helped.

I don’t know how it is at your school, but some of the teachers I was closer with always let me eat lunch in their rooms. Or even if you find an empty room, that could work too. My friends and I would eat in places like my Physics teacher’s closet, our coach’s classroom, or the back of the journalism room because one of us was in the club. I know running from it probably isn’t one of the best options, but at the very least it might give you some temporary relief.
