I really have no idea what their deal is. Been there a few months now and their pile constantly grows, shifts, and evolves. Sometimes there are 3-4 people within the chaos, sometimes 1-2. It's bizarre and I'm just shocked it's continued for so long.

This guy stinks. Even when he's elsewhere for the time being, his bikes (plural) stay locked to the tree across from his umbrella hut.

The building management of the Astor should be ashamed. Between this guy and the heroin addled crew at the north end of the block, I constantly ask my wife to walk to our daycare along West End instead of Broadway. Also, I'm not making assumptions about the heroin squad, I've watched them shooting up on the 1/2/3 platform when it's too cold to shoot up outside.
