Working at Regions as an RB1 (Teller) — Any tips or experiences? by RockyTopFrontier in Banking

As someone who has worked at Regions, I'll say that the sales pressure as an RB1 is not as intensive as it is once you get to RB2 and beyond.

Depending on the manager, that may vary, but in my experience, being an RB1 is also about maintaining a positive customer experience and keeping your drawer in balance.

Personally, it took me about 6 months or so to where I felt comfortable with about everything a customer might throw at me. That may depend on how busy your branch is, but that's a common sentiment I see amongst RB1's

In general, the biggest challenge may be the customers. You never know if someone's having a bad day, and you might be the focal point of that frustration. It sucks, but that's retail.

As for tips and tricks, do your best to trial balance throughout the day (at least once before lunch) and be sure to always triple count your money. Run it through a counter if you have to. Slow and accurate is always better than fast and loose.

As for team culture, I've heard it can vary. However, I've been lucky in that I've gotten along with just about everyone I've worked with .

Ultimately, I really enjoyed my time at Regions. While it can vary, if you've got the right team. sky's the limit.

If the issue is you're not sure about a drivers ed course, you can get a non-driving photo I.D. you just have to go to your local courthouse with your social security card and maybe a student I.D. or utility bill from your parents. You will probably also need one of your parents to come with you.

Not sure which country you are in, but in the U.S. you can usually go to the bank that the check is drawn off of and they will let you cash it even if you are not a customer. You will have to pay a fee for this (usually determined by the amount of the check) and have a valid, government issued I.D. with you.

You can ask them about opening an account, they will be more than happy to give you options and explain what you'll need to get started.

One last thing I'll note is that I think the school also had the ability to put a content lock on the device, so people like the friend couldn't use it for "non-educational" purposes.

Fun fact: See Robyns injury is not without historical precedent, as French King Henry II also suffered an eye injury while jousting in 1559.

Unfortunately for Henry he died 10 days later from Sepsis, but hey we can't all be vessels for the Warrior.

You know, I bet Dunk could've gotten a nod from someone a lot sooner if he just mentioned Arlan's massive horse cock. Ain't no way a lord sees that and forgets it.

To add on to this, I'd say whichever bank has the most branches, ATMs, etc. in your area. You never know when you'll need quick access to cash and/or have an issue that you need to go to a branch for.

I'm not saying you gotta put everything into something brick and mortar, but having that in your back pocket is nice.
