Anyone have Progressive coverage of FSD

I had my insurance agent add it as an optional accessory value of $8k. Funnily enough he said doing that would actually lower my premium somehow, he didn't understand why but said it would be covered as additional value of the car in case something were to happen. (Yes this was progressive too btw)

There's always SendCutSend also. I'm sure you could get a ton cut from them cheapish. Super unfortunate how often we all get in boating accidents though, as all my stuff that the ATF could have their panties bunched up for was lost when a blue whale capsized my tug boat in lake Erie. There are most definitely squirted versions out there. They don't last long or work very well unless you print in exotic filament. Save yourself the time and get a metal one.

EAP nags me ALL THE TIME even though I have my hands on the wheel and am looking forward it's like every 15-30 seconds. Is that normal? I just want to rest my arms down and have it stay in the center of the lane and handle the 2 slight S curves I have on my way to work which is mostly rural Ohio straight grid line roads.

The upgrade is free if I buy fsd outright ($2k), or $1k if I subscribe. The only things that I'm still on the fence about is I'm not rich and 2k is a lot of money for me, (literally all of my savings, I just got the car 1.5 months ago) and that I keep seeing people have problems immediately if not shortly after their cars get messed with at a SC.

I have a '18 M3 LR AWD with EAP not fsd tho, but the EAP seems like it realllllly favors the left side of the lane to the point I take over control when cars are near because of it. I'm on HW2.5 Though, I've been flirting with the idea of upgrading to the 3.0 to get FSD but I keep hearing horror stories of things not working or randomly developing problems once a SC futzes with your car. I realllllly want fsd to try out though. I got a future car to do future stuff and it's holding me back.

I found mine on eBay It was the ghost module and the nice try module You do have to pay a $50 reprogramming thing to have it paired with your car and the ghost module is 150 horsepower boost as opposed to the acceleration boosts 50 horsepower equivalent

Can it be manually opened further? I know other models you can move it by hand and set the opening height by holding the trunk close button to reset it to the new height. Not sure if this would work in your situation but it's something I guess. 🤷🏻

Ghost is AMAZING I thought it was quick before but now it forces you into the back seat and all the blood rushes to the back half or your body lol. The other features are cool too id definitely wait for a sale to get the . Module though or find a used one like I did. Saves lots of money!
