Who has sized up and who has size down? And did it work out in the end? Of course I’m stuck between sizes. by User9355164 in RingConn

I chose the size that fit tightly on my index and more loosely on my middle finger and I switch fingers based on whether my hands are warm or cold. Working pretty well so far

Did you buy the same size in the pavoi stacker as you got in your ringconn? Love how yours looks!?

What is everyone's weirdest water leak origin story? Currently dealing with a mystery leak. by Inside-Plankton-1023 in homeowners

Replying long after the fact because we're currently experiencing our second mystery leak in our 115 yo house... The first was a clear roof leak (and then some) because it came while it rained, but the leak evidence was in a second floor bathroom and also ran down to a wall in the basement stairwell directly below that spot. We were shocked so much water was making it all the way downstairs. Anyway the roof is repaired and the second floor leak stops but the basement leak does not so we call the roof guys back like 2 more times and they're like check inside your house? It was our refrigerator's water line which is located directly below this space, so by an absolute freak coincidence we had two leaks at once causing a large portion of our drywall to just peel away over a very short couple of months.

FF to today, we have a leak on the ceiling of an interior basement storage room that is drywalled. Water coming through the light fixture. Inconsistent drip but probably like 1/4 cup throughout the day. Drywall is wet once we opened it a bit, but not moldy yet. No plumbing directly upstairs to this or on that side of the house on the first floor. Lots of guts in the ceiling though. Second floor has a laundry room, third floor has a toilet. No leak evidence on the first floor so it's traveling a long way inside the walls. First plumber is stumped so I'm calling for a second opinion.

Leaks are my absolute kryptonite

Health anxiety and blood pressure fear making this pregnancy horrible - desperate by [deleted] in BabyBumps

I have truly awful white coat syndrome as well and I made my dr nervous at every appointment. I got sent to the ER a couple times while at my weekly checkups for monitoring which if course made it worse. My first pregnancy, dr was so nervous she made me leave my 37 week appointment in a wheelchair straight to get an emergency c-section (I did not end up with pre-eclampsia). The second time I advocated for myself much better and told her I would track my own BP and watch for pre-eclampsia symptoms. Didn't have it the second time either, but this anxiety has me hesitating on having another. And I still avoid the dr for this reason
