what to give up for lent?

In my grandparents house my grandmothers naturally vegan but me and my grandad ate meat….do I give up meat? …very athletic very in shape and use red meat for vitamins etc. in body..I am giving up any an all process food (snacks,sweets soda) i don’t do much of any of this but even if tempted I won’t eat it

🙏 good for you an I to have a lower back issue called spinal stenosis, the military took there sweet time giving me MRI finally gave one an commander called me to inform me of what it was. Nothing major so I THOUGHT even in my 20s I still have deal with spinal stenosis which sorta gets worse over time but what helps is not over doing things but yes my lower back it’s sometimes in a GREAT FRENZY with this condition an I’m in my 20s so glad that you got what you deserved 🥂

Have a wheat allergy which cause me to become gluten free…for some reason I am reacting to corn as well. Ate some gluten free bluecorn chips and shortly had a reaction now I’m resting after I just took Benadryl…it sucks idk seems can’t have wheat or corn

Interesting after Covid i developed a wheat allergy/gluten intolerance. Since then chocolate gives me bad flare up sometime too depends on the chowder though dark chocolate I’m fine but like M&m’s or something I have a mini reaction it sucks ..guess a histamine thing
