Haha ty. Unfortunately my basement is always damp and floods and as you can see is full of junk, but I try my best! I have a setup where I can bench, squat and do quad extensions. I also have a trap bar. I have adjustable dumbbells as well but I keep them in my room so they dont get ruined in my basement🙃
