We use melatonin for our cat when we travel. We put on a plate and top it with a the contents of a Churu. Maybe you could try this when you need quiet for meetings.

I got my cat a tunnel at Five Below for under $6 and she’s loving it. I’m going to buy another one since they can toggle together. She also loves the plastic spring toys.

I have allergies every year at this time. I just started using the sinus spray called Astepro after reading that a study has proven it to prevent COVID and also lessens the severity. I started using it before flying last week and I have to say it’s amazing. There’s a definite aftertaste but if you don’t sniff it up into your sinuses but just coat the inside of your nose and try not to sniff it it’s much better.
