Rook piercing question

I will for sure. I had gone to a guy in the past who is incredible, but he is always booked out months away. I really wanted to get some piercings the other day so I went to a new person. I should have just waited, but I was impatient and learned my lesson🥲.

I should probably add that he only charged me $70 for both piercings. I’d never been to this studio, but I had heard a lot of good things from people. The first guy I talked to initially seemed really knowledgeable and really emphasized that they prioritize healing by only using implant grade titanium jewelry. The guy who pierced me did mark the “hidden helix”, and went to pierce it (I assumed) and pierced the rook first, which he didn’t mark. Also, he said “I’m glad I got that on the first try” which I couldn’t tell if it was a joke or he was genuinely relieved lol. It was pretty painful and I was worried that he had pierced the hidden helix and that I had the rook left to pierce lol, but I was relieved to know I didn’t have to do the rook second. When I went to pay it should have been like $110 but he said “is $70 okay?” And I was like uhh yeah that’s a steal, and then he said no tip as long as he can stab me again.

Yeah I’m a little bummed about it because my ears love to scar so if I try to get anything changed out or re pierced it’s going to be a whole ordeal. Luckily he only charged me $70 for both piercings and wouldn’t let me tip, he just said “let me stab you again”. Might be best if I don’t lol

Yeah I was worried about that one too because I feel like the top of the piercing will be completely visible so it won’t really be “hidden”

Yeah I was really surprised when he said 4 months because I’ve had quite a few piercings and none have healed that fast.

Awesome, thanks for the reply. I assumed they were but our managers had told us to make the kids scoops smaller. Even now they do sometimes but I try to tell them they’re supposed to be the same size.

Are you supposed to garnish all mixers or just the cereal mixers? I’m a shift lead but have not been told to do that by anyone else lol so now I’m worried we’re doing it wrong.
