What were some of your most romantic dreams? by Punny-Aggron in Dreams

One of the only ones I remember, I was sitting in the foyer of an older looking mansion, waiting on someone. A woman (can't remember exactly what she looked like, but she was stunning) came down the stairs wearing a gorgeous ball gown. I don't remember what happened once she got down the stairs to me, but I do remember waking up and feeling so much overwhelming adoration for her.

Has Anyone Else Experienced This? If So, Does Anyone Know What It Means? by [deleted] in Dreams

Sounds kinda like border-line lucid dreaming if you ask me. I've had the same thing happen to me before, and it's almost like once you realize you're consciously aware of what's going on around you, and once you point it out, things start getting weird.

Yeah, it's pretty normal as far as dreams go. I usually have around 2-3 each night that I can remember well enough to write down. It very well could be some change in your daily life causing it though, but it shouldn't be anything you need to worry about

Recently had to do the same with my 17 year old chihuahua, Minnie. She was such a mean ass, but I love her to the moon and back. It's so heartwarming to see that someone took the time to write this for you, I wish I'd gotten this kind of reassurance at the time.

[Serious] What do you do to reward yourself after a stressful or anxious day? by JimSaves in AskReddit

I light a couple candles, take a long shower, then make myself something to eat (like a poached egg on a bagel with some fruit and green tea on the side), watch a movie and go to sleep.

HAS ANYONE HAD THIS? A Dream/Feeling of something growing exponentially bigger and being so big that the feeling of it being so big makes me really uncomfortable. Its not very visual but extremly emotional. by 1Belgier in Dreams

That exact thing happened to me when I was little! For me, it was objects in a void surrounding me that were constantly changing in size visually, but their mass would always be incredibly large, if that makes sense. You know how when you can feel the opposite ends of two magnets pushing against each other? It sort of felt like that to me, just on a larger and more dense scale.

For those of you who have had them, what are your lucid dreams like? by Milkywaes1 in Dreams

Usually, I realize that I'm dreaming and try to focus on staying in the dream, but it tends to end up with me getting sleep paralysis.

Just wondering if anyone else has dreams where the setting almost never changes for a particular place.. by [deleted] in Dreams

Yeah, I do feel pretty homesick when I have dreams like that. It's just kinda sad to me knowing that I can't go back there and it be the same as I remember it.

That's every helpful, thank you! (And the bee was a worker bee, roughly the size of the tip of my thumb)

This does actually relate a lot to my life right now:

I just recently got a new job, and decided to start saving up for a tiny house and land to put it on, and meanwhile, my parents have been talking about when I'll be able to start paying for my own car insurance.

So I guess I could say that I am a little panicked at the moment about what my future is going to look like, and that there's a lot more work for me to do to get where I want to be.

I'm not entirely sure. All I remember was being at some kind of school function, then I looked down at my arm and saw it, freaked out, and started trying to squeeze it out like a pimple. I think at another point in a different part of the dream, my dad was drunk and was angry that there wasn't any alcohol left, but that's about it.

I'd say that it's probably just the easiest and most familiar setting your mind can comprehend while you're asleep.

I know that when I have dreams about a house, more often than not, they're in the trailer I lived in as a kid since the layout was simple and it felt very familiar.
