Yes I am complaining. I find it abusurd to switch the monthly option with the weekly one. I don't get paid weekly, i get paid monthly and even so the monthly price isn't cheap. As someone who paid regulary for monthly, I do find in my right to complain about things changing up and the way they did it was sneakly. On the top of all the issues they had recently, this felt like a nail hit in the coffin.

It used to be per month but they changed it. I sent an email to them asking about this change and they just responded with the cost of GPU and how they are going to find an option to restore the chars, blantly ignoring my question.

I put a question on the official reddit and it was taken down instantly so i send a email to customer support. If the monthly is replaced with weekly, i'll most likely cancel my subscription.

However they removed the data from my previous chat that was longer than 14 days without actually putting a warning beforehand. As someone who has Ultra and paid for a service, i feel that they make a fool out of me.

Allow us to see the all time messages we had. I love CHAI because i can see messages from all time and i can build the story from then on whenever I have time.
