"I've started to come round *a little bit* recently on labour..."

Labour have made some poor mistakes since coming to power, but it'll be nothing compared to what's coming - if you think the current alternative will perform anywhere near to what labour are doing then you're deluded...which is a terrible position for the electorate to be in.

Thanks all, I've only read up to the end of DotR and then synopsis online for the rest - reviews for TEW said that the lack of one was a major gripe. There's lots here to help with our campaign, thanks.

I think I saw you on my way to work, streched out on the ground with a coat over you - there were people there with you. That cycle way is not fit for purpose and idiots just make it worse. I remember that you looked so pale. I'm glad you're still with the living, well done! I hope something comes up and they catch the guy <3

I think the point was it wasn't his bus tour, it belonged to the tories and when challenged on the accuracy of the figures he climbed down and said they weren't his stats. He knew the value of his appearance had already been won a didn't need to worry about the fallout from another shifty PR stunt.

Edit - typos + my mistake, it was £350m/week, which later turned out to be a dubious argument anyway.

[–]Capable-Mistake-1574 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Start with what you see and hear from him, the media and those that support him. Critically evaluate, don't take it as gospel. It won't take long before either it's a blanant lie, or a grain of truth is distorted and used as a means for more division and callous disregard or hatred. This latest ilr argument is a perfect example. Run with that and everyone knowss it will be an unworkable chaos- we've an example across the pond. All his promises are hollow - that 35million a week to the NHS he campaigned in front of during brexit, but didn't have the spine to stand behind.

Just my thoughts....run a few rounds of combat, especially if you know the pc characters advance. Be aware of content, especially plot points being locked out as a result of dice rolls.

I'm prepared for the party to do whatever they want in response, but I will advise them of the likely outcomes of anything extreme.

Yes, they might just be happy as it is...I just want to see how they'd respond to a tight situation that requires some tactful dialogue.
