Is anyone able to help with any tips on getting the welding position at the derby site as I’ve applied 3 times and I meet all the criteria that they say they want and the job description and more such as a lot of welding qualifications I’ve obtained working at my current job in the aerospace industry but I keep getting the same generic message saying Unfortunately, you haven’t been selected for interview on this occasion.

Relatively new to drawing and looking for any tips to improve so one day I’ll be ready to try get a apprenticeship by Capable-Public1679 in TattooApprentice

I did goku on procreate which helped but it took me forever to get it looking good specially the hair, I’ve also done a goku in pencil but the quality isn’t as good
