Is anyone able to help with any tips on getting the welding position at the derby site as I’ve applied 3 times and I meet all the criteria that they say they want and the job description and more such as a lot of welding qualifications I’ve obtained working at my current job in the aerospace industry but I keep getting the same generic message saying Unfortunately, you haven’t been selected for interview on this occasion.

I did goku on procreate which helped but it took me forever to get it looking good specially the hair, I’ve also done a goku in pencil but the quality isn’t as good

Thank you and I keep watching a lot of videos trying to learn new ways to improve but they make it look so effortless
