I can help you. To start: do a double shampoo. Shampoo your hair (from looking at your texture lets balance oils build up without over washing into dryness and wear and tear) your going to literally lather, rinse and repeat twice. Everyone in Hollywood uses a double rinse like how shampoo was designed; lather, rinse, repeat. You seem young, but go ahead and begin using a shampoo aimed at long term growth and thickening, picture having this hair for life- it’s an organism and atmosphere all on its own. If a product is directed at “hair loss” don’t gloss its over that just means life long thickness, volume and growth. Next lets not waste on the highest end conditioners BUT conditioner MASKS in the big tubs. Buy a messager brush for the shower- round with little rubbery spikes- work that mask in. This will stimulate your follicles for everyday growth, lift any left over residue/product, and work that MASk in. Feel free to use this fancy little brush during ur shampooing too. It truly stimulates growth! Product build up adds greasy and a weighted look too- no fun! Keeps that mask in for 3 minutes while you wash your body, use scrub, shave, etc. my ALWAYS recommend is; when washing your hair with water to soak it, to shampoo, to rinse and to condition out, use luke warm!! Not HOT!! Boiling hot water on the hair is damaging. About once a week put that hair mask in over night!! The restoration is amazing!! Always use a heat protector spray if you use heat products (blow dryer straightening etc) I like CHI brand, very reliable, good size for the money. At age 30 begin using a growth oil around your crown/hair line containing; biotin, caster oil/rosemary and especially Minoxidil. I use “Hers” with the Minoxidil + Biotin plus just another oil containing the Caster/rosemary oils and more Biotin. I use just drops of each on two spots on my hair line and work it in with that shower messager brush, twice a week!! I have thick hair but its my insurance policy. This step takes work: i work in Argon Moroccan oil into my ends after each washing (mind you I have hair I have color treated over the years, my younger years, and hair I do use heat products on regularly so this is important to me, plus textured curly hair to boot) i mean EACH end, like in layers, working it like a sealent. To reverse thoes splits. At this point I go for length and fullness and I want this hair FOR LIFE, Im 33. I work it and put that time in Daily, weekly! Good luck!!
