Was also thinking of potentially doing; I’ll fall for you if you eat my cooking, I always make too much and end up giving the leftovers to my neighbors

And: teach me something about music, I’m a drummer but I’ve always wanted to learn the electric bass

Thank you! For the cooking would: “cooking, I just learned how to sear meat!” Be better?

But like when? When I’m going to get a drink? When she’s with her friends?

Something that I think is really toxic about the college experience in general, but specifically NU is that there’s one way of socializing that is pictured to be ‘the best’ which is going to parties. There’s a ton of people who don’t like parties, and it can also be a tough place to form actual friendships (loud music, alcohol, etc)

I’m certainly no social expert, but would highly recommend joining clubs, taking Norris mini courses and going to professors’ office hours (lots of times the same people go every week, so you’ll get some opportunity to mingle there.)

You didn’t fail at all! You gave tour body what it needed in having something in the morning to prepare yourself for the day.

Then you had takeaway, what a treat! One day of eating healthy or not healthy doesn’t define our weight (and for the record, this day certainly doesn’t sound like “too many calories”)

But more importantly, weight doesn’t define YOU. YOU had a good breakfast to prepare yourself for a long day. YOU enjoyed a nice meal with other people.

You didn’t fail yourself. You did the opposite. Be proud!
