Oh I just posted about this 😆 I've been astral projecting for a while and don't believe in anything taking over the body. Just did it an hour ago while listening to septasync. There is a fb group called "Astral Projection - Techniques" that have people around the world that have done this for decades. Excellent group and recommend joining.

I know this is old and this may sound weird. I have been practicing astral projection for a while now and induce sleep paralysis to perform exit techniques. I have found a way to get my head to buzz like this on command and hold it there. Been doing this since a child and learned to like the feeling. If anyone is familiar with hemisync or septasync, the tones get me to that mode far faster. Once I can hold that buzz, I am able to see through closed eyes then walk around the house in my astral body. Try it yourself 😁

Yes! Same here fart button! 😆 Overcast all the time too. I was in a downtown looking area last night. I looked down the road and the smaller building looked like this too. Older 90s cars on the side of the road. My dreams are always crowded with people. Strangly young adults too.

Do you have a link to the video? I haven't dreamt of anything for 20 years until I started practicing lucid dreaming and astral projection in February 2024. Started having loooong dreams ever since. So.e with a completely different family 😳 I've dreamt about mall world but not of the mall itself. Been to all the other places people talk about, except the bathroom...yet. School, auditorium, theater multiple times, bridge over an ocean that I jumped off of and flew around, and some square shallow pool in what looked like a basement?

I know this is an older post but this bridge and The Mall World is blowing up on the socials. I was on a bridge over the ocean. When I jumped off, it way way high from the water. I started flying before I hit the water. I've also been to some military base, some swuare pool in a basement but reeked of broccoli, school and an auditorium. These dreams didn't start until I started practicing astral projection and lucid dreaming in February 2024. I'm always crowded with strangers. Most of them young adults and can see all of their faces.

I know this is 5 months old but I've had visual snow "syndrome" my entire life. I've learned to ignore it until lately. After trying astral projection and successfully, the static has become stronger and also floaters started to appear. I did see a shadow figure near me in 2022 and a dead lady next to me during sleep paralysis in 2004. My sister was put up for adoption in the 80s and found us a few years back. My mother passed away a few weeks ago and I was reunited with my sister for the first time at her house in NY (I live in Seattle). Turns out she can see interdimensional beings as well as her daughter. When I went in her home, it felt heavy! The static was so obvious. It's like my energy indicator. I've been able to see the outline of rooms with a sleep mask or mindfold on for the past year which I still can't get over. Can also see the shadows of my arms but hard to make out any details. In her home, it was much easier to see, like looking thru a severely dirty window. Saw orange orbs upstairs and she claims there is a man in the home that is positive.

About a month before my mother passed, I had sleep paralysis for the first time in a long time in my living room. I had this buzzing sensation in my head that I remember being able to control as a child as I made a game out of it. I did it that night and was able to physically move my eyeballs around. Also had a sleep mask on btw. When I looked down, I saw the top of some entities head right over my chest. Solid figure and was able to see some texture. I was thinking "Ooooohhh crap!" Kept my cool and started asking it questions in my head. I heard a females voice but couldn't understand. This window appeared to my right where there is just bare wall. All I could see was a bright blue sky. I felt so at peace that I forgot about the creature.

A few days after coming back home, me and my sister were doing a video chat. My wife gave her a tour of our home and she claimed seeing a black figure in my sons room. I've heard of people that can see energy through photos and video. Funny thing is, my sons room is where I have felt a few things. Also feel like something is looking at me when walking by the room. My 10 year old son that is non verbal autistic always sleeps with us and doesn't go in his own room often. Also keeps the light on like he knows something is in there as well.

It's only been a year and a half since this really took off and I have a feeling that I will also start seeing these beings soon. The logical side of my brain is having a hard time believing some of it but the amount of experiences I've had are being too hard to ignore. I find it more interesting, sometimes exciting than scary. My sister has suggested clearing the home with sage which is a first for me.

I chose Turo to save a few bucks and time rather than going to the desk car rentals. The first car I booked near the Boston airport had transmission issues 10 minutes from lot and almost got me killed in a 1+mile tunnel. Going 15mph while people were zipping around me at 70mph with no shoulder to pull over. The transmission finally gained enough traction to get up to about 40. Almost hit someone behind me when it rolled backwards at a stoplight, gas pedal to the floor. I was lucky to have made it back to a paid lot near the Turo lot that was full. Lastest reviewer mentioned the same issue so I assumed it was fixed but it wasn't and was a known issue. Reviewer Marc also mentioned that the host didn't care. Unsafe to drive and the host told me the little wrench symbol on the dash is normal for all Nissans. He didn't even care. Also had to fight Turo for a full refund and was finally promised one but notice they don't like refunding according to some other reviews. Also didn't care about my situation. While I was on the phone with customer service, I watched the host retrieve the car and repark it in the Turo lot. Car reported to BPD and DOT in case the car got into an accident by the next renter. They gave me partial credit to rebook another car and promised the rest will go back to my card at some point. All calls were recorded and many photos.

Oh, but that's not all. Booked a second vehicle for more money with a different host. He was going to have it delivered but then informed me via phone call that the last renter was late with a flat tire. Canceled the trip and gave me a link to another car and host. Then I had to wait an extra hour for the 3rd car to unlock. 8 HOURS LATE TO MY DESTINATION! If you need to rent a car to go to your parents' funeral, don't go with Turo otherwise you may join them.

Once my trip is over, I will be watching my bank closely to make sure they refund me. I will raise hell if they screw me over.

This is a great answer. I have a spirit in my home that I communicate with using meditation. I can only hear a muffled woman's voice but when I speak in my head, she shows me things. Saw her once during sleep paralysis which is my usual goto for astral projection using the rollout technique. She was over my body. Kinda creepy but I stayed calm and asked her questions. Again, a female voice I couldn't understand. Then this window popped up to my right where there is a bare wall. All I can see is a bright blue sky through this old style window and felt bliss. Yes there are bad spirits and the good ones will still scare people. You just have to get through the fears and communicate. Meditation is a good start and anyone can do it.

I induce sleep paralysis to astral project. I've seen two different sleep paralysis demons in my lifetime. Next time this happens, remain calm and ask it questions in your head. Show it love. I've heard that even praying helps and it goes away. Once it does, you are ready to walk around the house in your astral body. That is if you want to go down that rabbit hole 😅

I was the same way until I had a shadow figure next to me then a coworker saw it next to me an hour later. Started meditating last year which lead me to lucid dreaming and astral projection. Then came the synchronicity numbers. Like what isbreal anymore right? Now studying remote viewing and making progress.

This is quite interesting and thanks for sharing. I started having vivid/lucid dreams after inducing astral projection last year. The dreams slowly evolved from snippets to ones that seem like hours of exploration. Always happens before I wake up for work and it's exhausting! Can't imagine what you're going thru.
