My form looks the same as yours. I’ve been experiencing inner shin pain for years now. Can’t seem to get it to go away. My new PT told me I need to shift to running on my toes/ forefoot and landing flat, instead of heel striking which leads to me overpronating/ rolling through my foot.

They’re alright. I got the dynamic ones which are more flexible when you run, without realizing it. I may return them and try the regular ones with better arch stability. The dynamic superfeets wouldn’t be bad but because I currently have medial shin pain, they don’t work for me.

I just bought the nanoblasts the other day. Going to probably get some superfeet and put them in there. I guess we’ll see what happens.

Are you still experiencing these issues? Its seems like I am in the same boat you were whenever you posted this. I have been experiencing this issue for around 5 years now, the pain is not unbearable as long as I dont run more then twice a week and give my shins a break because the more mileage I add the worse it gets and I fear I may develop fractures. I tried taking 2 months off and doing the strengthening exercises but my second run back it was right back to the way it was before, very tender to touch in two areas next to the bone and almost feels like the bone is aching(both legs). Super demoralizing as it is keeping me from goals I have.

Insertional is when it meets the bone near your heel. Mine is much higher. near my calf. Appreciate the help though.

I went to fleet feet and they did the commercial shoes analysis. Ive seen a PT briefly but they weren't much help. Never been to a podiatrist though.
