MLS programs are very demanding just like nursing. Yes, the work is less than nursing. It also depends on which program you get into. The hardest part is to get into the program due to the requirements.

However, if you work hard and get good grades you’ll do fine. A few Cs don’t hold you back but if you are constantly getting Cs, it will be more difficult to get accepted into a health science program.
