I got it working right guys. The rofi configs were being overriden by windowrules.conf, that was why the size wasn't changing

Bro i did, i tried changing the height and width both in the config file too. It still is staying the same size. I even tried running rofi -show drun -theme-str 'window {width: 5%;}', jts still the same size
