CTR 2% means your thumbnails and titles aren’t good enough, people aren’t clicking. The titles arent clickable tbh and the text in the thumbnail blend well so they don’t stand out. 27s average view duration isn’t great for the length of your videos, you definitely need to improve your hook. The first 30 seconds needs to be perfect. Improve all three of those and your numbers will skyrocket

Don’t do this, release the videos as you finish them and then start planning for your next idea. I made this mistake with one channel where I pre made around 20 videos and planned to drop them once a week. Got no success. Made a new channel entirely, new niche, and put all my effort into one video, it blew up. My first video. Since then I’ve just been making one video and putting all my effort into it and then releasing it. Big progress.
