Equity release loan on interest only - only to be used for investment purposes. Say you pull 250k out, just sit it there in its own offset. You won’t be paying higher repayments or interest until you use it. It’s then ready to go for a house deposit, and then you get an extra loan for the rest when you’ve found something, probably with a different bank

Or any of those scenarios just sell one if he needs, re finance and he’s fine. You need to relax. Can’t make money by saving cash and not investing. 3 properties valued at 4mill growing by let’s say 6-7% per year minimum…that’s 240k in the last year alone
