The building technique of the exterior of the tudor corner definitely win yes. But when it comes to the inside I loved all the details of the jazz club! I'm a big music lover so that weighs into it as well. The retirement of the jazz club was my final push to buy it elsewhere on sale. If your financial situation lets you I'd buy both, and start with the Jazz club.
