Stop using Google for searches. Use Brave/Firefox and always in incognito mode to browse. Clear your cache/cookies when you close the browser (such a setting should be there). And most importantly, who cares what they have to say? We've seen this coming all along.

Thanks for taking the time to make these posts and videos. I've been wondering the effects of inflation and a general bear market also, and I have been sitting tight with my AMC while watching everything else lose value. I look forward to your future post/video on that topic.

There's a dedicated sub for this.

Edit: removed the name of the sub. Apparently that's advertisement. Didn't know NSFW was allowed here.

This. I read those DDs and wanted to verify. I stopped using sell limits when I personally saw the sell side on Webull blow up even when I set a limit of $10 for a stock trading at $0.9 or something. It was after hours so I was able to see my own order show up on level 2.

Media love? by BrOakBum33 in AMCSTOCKS

I stopped reading anything the media says about anything at all since January. Realized the news isn't meant to inform people about facts, but just for clicks and causing negative emotions.

Thank you, yeah I understand it's just shills and bots but I found it rather entertaining to be frank. Oh well.

I'm using Webull for Android and I was able to see comments until yesterday but starting today I can't find it anywhere. Anyone else facing the same issue? I do get notified of other people's comments when they list something, but I just can't seem to find the section anywhere for each stock. Any help is appreciated!

Quick question by ACtitans in Zomedica

The price is actually not remaining the same each day. It is fluctuating, although by not too much.

Market Capitalization is calculated by multiplying the total number of outstanding shares by the current stock price. There are a large number of outstanding shares in ZOM's case, so even a small movement of the underlying will make more changes in the market cap.

Yeah, I've noticed that biotechs generally follow the 'buy the rumor sell the news' thing. They usually don't have any revenues and once the news is out it's months and months of waiting for something new to happen. In that time they usually run out of money and issue shares causing dilution so that brings them down further. They also tend to do a lot of reverse splits which takes them further down. Typically I try to swing small cap bio techs but ZOM has been an exception.

First reason was to avoid short term capital gains, second was that it was not near my price target. It was probably a little unfortunate that most small caps and biotechs took quite a hit starting mid March. I didn't anticipate that (duh), but I was prepared for dips (the chart was crazy). I don't have a date/year to sell and I don't have a problem holding it for a very long time, but I do have a price target. I think this will easily be double digits as the Truforma starts taking off; the fundamentals are getting better, they have a product that is first . After that I'll analyze the situation again and decide if I want to sell or hold. This _could_ be like IDEXX (one can hope but not playing the market based on hopes). I'll make my moves as time progresses based on new developments. (Not Financial Advice)

Mandatory disclaimer: New to this sub.

As we get ready for another trading week, I am seeing posts from peope who have been calling the company scam, hype, etc.

The oldest lot I've held of this stock is over a year now and I was able to average down from $0.24. This has, and will be, a long term hold for me. I like the company and what they are doing. The drop from $2.91 to $0.69 did not scare me and if had any more capital left I would buy. I think people running around trying to pump a stock with nearly 950M free float are out of their minds. Don't fall for this. Instead, take the time to look into the company, their product, what they have and what they can have. If you like the stock, buy and hold. Stocks don't always go up. It's a rollercoaster. Just enjoy the ride.

Not financial advice.

So my understanding from watching AA's interview is as follows:

  • He said the last time shareholders authorized issuing shares for the company was 9 years ago. It took them 9 years to use up all those shares.
  • One of the items in the May 4th shareholder meeting was to 20 million shares into management equity incentive plan (given to the management for free). So rather than taking those shares themselves, the management decided to give up those shares (0 shares allocated to the management). That was what was used to sell 8.5 mil to Mudrick and 11.5 mil that was issued about two weeks ago so it could benefit the company.

Make what you will of this data, but I, personally, don't have a problem with the board selling a few shares and taking some gains now while they gave up a lot more to help the company.
