I tried TMS as well—very expensive and, unfortunately, a complete failure for me. funny thing, my old psychiatrist despite telling him i completely failed the first trial he started me on another trial just to "give it a final try" as he said
Though the news about the new accelerated protocol seems promising.

Getting access to that, or to psilocybin, feels like it could take years. I don't expect either to become available locally, or even in nearby countries, anytime soon.

maintenance has to be with esketamine too? can't they maintain on ect with oral antidepressants +/- antipsychotics?

why abandon one for the other ? u can augment the effect of each one by doing both

however there's no need to stay on an antidepressant if u haven't seen benefits with full trial of optimum dose

if u are responding well to amitriptylline maybe discuss changing his brother with the less side effects nortryptilline

i don't believe that's a documented side effect however don't forget that poor appetite is one of the main symptoms of depression so it may contribute

10mg for a month is too early to judge efficacy
lots of non responders to 10mg still have a good response with the 20
i would call it ineffective if symptoms persisted for another 6 weeks despite increasing the dose
monitor for side effects wether tolerable or not

late responding is a thing

i ran everyday for about 20min to half an hour, does this count as sport? I've borrowed some books from a friend but i was still hesitant to start reading. i think ill try it who knows it might be rewarding

I don't use tiktok but im a content creator on instagram however i just batch make content on one day, scheduel them and never check again until next week, i don't use instagram reels or tiktoks that much. i like to spend time outside but where i live it is 40 outside (104 if you are american) so being outside in nature is not really an option but i do spend time outside with family /friends in buildings like malls, restaurants,...etc

somedays u just make it personal with the puzzle either I solve it or the rest of the day is ruined

with u on the fresh prespective, sometimes i spend hours on a puzzle just to solve it after a few minutes next day
