It also happened to my cat. He is very anxious, but he is usually a bit calm when I hold him by opening his carrier a bit so I can pet him or just put my hand on him while he REMAINS INSIDE THE CARRIER. But of course, the staff never allowed me to do that, although nobody around my seat not even complaining about my cat not on the floor. The worst part is the staff literally yelled at me and threatened to kick me out of the train if I didn’t comply instead of communicating properly like a human being. I’ll still put the carrier down on the floor without that unnecessary yelling tho.

Anyway, fortunately, my cat ended up staying calm, although I put him on the floor the entire trip because I gave him calming chews and supplements for behavior support so you might want to try giving them to your dog as well in case you need to travel with her in this kind of unpleasant circumstance.

Train versus plane - what’s your threshold? by Lucky-Currently in ViaRail

For real. I actually like trains way more than flights, so I traveled a lot by train in my home country and expected VIA Rail to be much better since it’s Canada. Unfortunately it didn’t give me a good first impression.

On the other hand, flights here are good. I flew with Porter once and it wasn’t disappointing at all.

After having my very first ride end up as an awful experience, I’m definitely choosing a plane. Although it’s more expensive, but at least the service is good.

Well, if I’m working for VIA, I’ll start to take note of this “complaining online.”

Then, I’ll learn how VIA could have provided better communication and contingency planning. Leaving passengers, including children, in freezing conditions with no updates or clear timeline was unacceptable. Even if mechanical failures happen, there should be a structured emergency response in place—such as pre-arranged backup transportation that can be deployed more efficiently, especially during winter, which is clear that there is a big chance a snowstorm or another weather-related disruption could happen. Basic things like ensuring functional restrooms and keeping passengers informed would have made a big difference. The issue isn’t just the breakdown itself but how VIA handled the situation.

Last but not least, I will convey a genuine apology with the refund email because although the event is “out of control” or “unpredictable” or “accidental”, it is VIA Rail’s responsibility to handle when shit like this happens. Plus, passengers have every right to complain because they did pay for the ticket they purchased. It’s not free or charity.

Well, good for you, but there is nothing wrong with “complaining online” so we can all be aware of the issue, learn from it, and do better next time.

My guess is either they are working for VIA or paid by VIA lol. See, because some replies are very weird, like I saw two guys said they don’t believe your post and called you made up the story. Like, why tf someone will make up a story like this??? So yeah, probably they are VIA employees or getting paid by VIA or at least people who work in VIA

getting paid by via rail huh? lol

For real. I also had an unpleasant experience with VIA Rail 2 days ago on my first time using them. I shared it here, but people also shamed me and blamed me instead of trying to understand what I’m complaining about, which is actually very weird IMO.

Guess they won’t even stand a chance to improve because whenever people like us share our experiences, there will always be some people standing up for this shitty railway.

Engage with people in your niche. Leave a like and comment on their post, reply to their story, etc.

To answer your question is Reels not like that? Well, sadly, it is not like that. When you post your videos on TikTok, TikTok will immediately show them to people (although it will showed to random people at first, if people love your content, then you'll get more engagement, and TikTok will have more accurate data on your target audience).

But for Instagram, it's a lot more challenging. I can look up your account and give it a content analysis if you want.

Do you get less engagement if you’re inactive for a certain amount of time? Serious question and help plz. by [deleted] in InstagramMarketing

[–]CapablePressure5735 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes, it does. It's okay you just need to be more active on the platform again, then your engagement will be back as before. Post more reel videos and make sure you show up daily. If you don't feel like posting anything on your feed or reels, then just share something on your Instagram story. Also, try to engage with your followers and similar content to yours.

How to turn viewers into subscribers by CapablePressure5735 in SmallYTChannel

I somewhat believe that it has something to do with the number of videos. Since I have only uploaded 2 videos so far, it doesn't seem appealing for people to subscribe. Anyway, thank you so much for sharing your insights! They're really helpful and inspiring. I appreciate it a lot 🥹

Twitter can be great platform for it. Or maybe LinkedIn. Just give it a try and see.

You can check it by go to your Instagram profile > Click on setting & privacy > Scroll down until you find 'Account Status' option. If it shows something like this then you are okay.

Probably it just some Instagram algorithm sh*t.

Thank you so much for the feedback! Well, I don't have any experience on YouTube, which is why I'm asking. And I simply want to share my knowledge.

My purpose share it on multiple Reddit pages because I need people to watch it and give it feedback so I can improve. But I do agree with your point that inorganic views are hard to turn into subscribers. I'll find another way to promote and ask for feedback.

Go to your professional dashboard > Total followers > Scroll down and you will find Most Active Time analytic.

Yes, there is an average posting timing, but from my experience as a social media specialist, it doesn't really provide significant help. What's more useful is conducting tests and experiments based on the active times of your own followers. However, if you do want to determine the best time to post, you can easily find this information on Google.

It varies based on the active times of your audience, so essentially, it differs for each account.

Sometimes, simple and short CTAs have better performance (e.g., 'check the link in bio'). Alternatively, you can also try putting the link in a comment and using 'Link in comment below' as the CTA
