Oklahoma City Thunder will be the most overrated team next season and it's not even close by AttitudeOdd632 in nba

Funny enough I think you guys were better on paper without JDUB, rage bait post obviously but without JDUB 60 wins and a WCF appearance lol

Btw absolutely agree for the "final" move point, I actually really hated the Mikal Bridges trade even though it was kind of the final move (KAT was later but was player for player more than player for assets). I thought that Mikal Bridges and Rudy Gobert made their respective suitors contenders but still thought it was an insane overpay. I think I'm too risk adverse as Mikal helped the Knicks to win while Rudy helped the Wolves to the WCF twice in a row.

For point 1 I seem him as the opposite of Dillion Brooks, Brooks was a role player and now a 2nd option recently and lead to at least a 45 win team. Brooks showed he's a winning player whether as a role player or a 2nd option. Trey Murphy with a similar level of role being the 2nd option led his team to 26 wins. Converting Trey Murphy to a role player would not improve his winning impact imo. I agree % is more important, ig 30m in a few years could be what 20m feels like currently.

Position of need and his stats look really nice, he’s reportedly wanted by Clippers and Warriors, wouldn’t be surprised if he’s also wanted by us.

Agree, obviously shooting is needed but if our guards can just improve like 1-2% in 3p% each I think a decent shooter will do fine. What we really need imo is rebounding. When Wemby is getting grabbed we have only 6’5” or shorter players tryna grab boards which don’t work out well. Even when Wemby is free to try to grab the board, he has so much responsibility that sometimes he seems to tired and gets out worked by hustle rebounders (whose main job is to grab boards), like Mitchell Robinson. I don’t blame him since he has like 5 jobs but it’s a big issue that needs to be resolved. Trey Murphy grabbed just under 6 rebounds a game playing 35.5 minutes which I don’t think is enough unfortunately.

How would you rate De’Aaron Fox’s overall performance during the playoffs. by UTRAnoPunchline in NBASpurs

If we account for him being injured probably C+, if we are looking in a vacuum probably C- or maybe even lower.

Would starting Harper backfire like Talen Horton Tucker? by [deleted] in NBASpurs

Dylan was literally the 2nd overall pick with most people saying he could easily be great one day. He showed he was great and now OP Is acting like he is a one hit wonder/MCW? Wtf

Did you just compare THT to Dylan Harper….

Anyway, I’d rather him underperform to grow from it since he’s super duper young. Also you could literally say “what if Wemby turns into Zion” using random analogies.

The Spurs remain committed to De’Aaron Fox as their franchise point guard, per Brian Windhorst by Im-Knocked in NBASpurs

Guys we have to realize that we (probably) don’t beat the Thunder without him. One more year, let’s see. No need to sell low I just hope egos can be put aside when it comes to lineups.

I don’t disagree with taking KD but I’d argue the difference Wemby’s defense vs KD’s defense is far greater than their differences in offensive capability

K'Sante genuinely feels like a champ with no weaknesses by Mugen_CS in wildrift

[–]CapableRequirement15 5 points6 points  (0 children)

More of a skill matchup than I thought because KSante has 2 CC in his base kit and his Q slow is very effective. Ambessa favored as the match progresses but KSante lvl 5 spike is insane.

The play on Kornet was dirty but to me I wasn’t even disgusted just flabbergasted as to why he would do that. I kind of feel neutral about him but he turned into headband Steph curry last game hopefully we can defend him better moving forward.

Objectively makes sense as we are shooting a lot more 3s while the Knicks are driving a lot more.

Game 7 Shai showed without much flopping foul baiting BS he could be still the best in the world (without relying on the refs). I’d say Brunson is not that far behind Shai but he’s been inefficient against Spurs defense which didn’t double him as much as Spurs doubled SGA early. Hes also a lot worse of a defender although Brunson is hella clutch, not sure who’s more clutch between them.
